Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A notice under
section 23 of the Act, directing that a conveyance, vessel or consignment
be taken, under quarantine, to a specified place shall be in the form of Form
1 in Schedule 3.
(2) Where a notice is
issued to a person under section 23 of the Act requiring that person to
take a conveyance, vessel or consignment under quarantine, to a specified
place, the person shall take the conveyance, vessel or consignment directly to
the specified place, in toto .
Penalty: $5 000.
(3) Where a
conveyance, vessel or consignment is detained at a place pursuant to
section 23 of the Act, a person shall not remove it from that place
without the permission of an inspector.
Penalty: $5 000.
