Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) For the purposes
of section 14 of the Act the classes of contestants are prescribed in
Schedule 2.
(2) For the purposes
of section 24(a) of the Act, if a contestant is registered or licensed by
a recognised body as a contestant of a class prescribed in Schedule 2,
the contestant is to be taken to be registered accordingly in this State for
the purposes of participating in a contest in this State.
