PROFESSIONAL COMBAT SPORTS REGULATIONS 2004 - REG 12

12 .         Prescribed penalty: s. 33(2)

                For the purposes of section 33(2) of the Act, the prescribed penalty in respect of each class of industry participant is —

            (a)         for a first offence — $2 000; and

            (b)         for a second or subsequent offence — $10 000.
