PRODUCERS COMMITTEES (POLLING) REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 4

4 .         Determination of producer

                Subject to these regulations the Commission may determine that a person is a producer in relation to a producers’ committee or proposed producers’ committee — 

            (a)         on the basis of information supplied by the producer to the Commission under section 13 of the Act; or

            (b)         on the basis of such other information as the Commission considers is relevant.
