Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The returning
officer shall appoint a scrutineer to represent the persons who have submitted
the arguments in a postal ballot poll or who are candidates for membership of
a producers’ committee.
(2) The returning
officer shall give to every person appointed scrutineer reasonable notice of
the place and time at which the count of votes shall be undertaken.
