PRODUCERS COMMITTEES (POLLING) REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 14

14 .         Meeting of eligible persons

        (1)         Subject to these regulations, where a poll is to be conducted at a meeting only eligible producers, members of the Commission and persons permitted to do so by the returning officer are entitled to be present at the meeting.

        (2)         The returning officer shall be present at a meeting.
