PRODUCERS COMMITTEES (POLLING) REGULATIONS 1990 - REG 13

13 .         Returning officer to provide facilities for receipt of absent votes and postal votes

                For the purposes of any poll conducted under these regulations the returning officer shall use a private box at a post office or such other address as he or she thinks fit for the purposes of the receipt of absent votes or postal ballot papers.
