Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) You commit an
offence against these by-laws if you do not obey —

one of these by-laws; or
•
a condition that was imposed by the Committee of Management when it
gave you permission under these by-laws to do something.
(2) You will not be
guilty of an offence against these by-laws if you show the court that at the
time of the offence you were a member of the community and that what you did
was a custom of the community.
(3) If a court finds
you guilty of an offence against these by-laws you can be fined no more than
$5 000.
(4) If a court finds
you guilty of an offence against these by-laws and finds that when you
committed the offence you damaged the property of another person or of the
Association, the court may order you to pay compensation of not more than $250
to the other person or to the Association.
