party, company, society, club, or organisation of any kind shall play any
game, or shall picnic in or upon the reserves, he or they (as the case may be)
shall immediately prior to leaving the grounds collect and remove, or cause to
be collected and removed, all waste material, bottles, broken glass, scraps,
paper, litter, or rubbish of any kind brought or made upon the ground by them.
