Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Unless authorised
in writing by the port authority, a person must not carry out any excavation
work on port land.
Penalty: $5 000.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not limit the application of any other written law
to the carrying out of excavation work on port land.
(3) In this
regulation —
excavation work means any work that involves
breaking or penetrating the ground surface.
