by the port authority, a person must not fish in an area of a port designated
by notices or signs as an area where fishing is not permitted.
Penalty: $2 000.
(2) A person who does
not comply with any condition or restriction that is set out in a notice or
sign erected by the port authority for the purpose of controlling fishing in
the port commits an offence.
Penalty: $2 000.
