PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 86

86 .         Interfering with water appliances prohibited

                Unless authorised by the port authority, a person must not turn a valve or cock, or open or close a hydrant, on port facilities or other property of a port authority.

        Penalty: $5 000.
