PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 75

75 .         Dragging bed of port prohibited

                Unless authorised in writing by the port authority, a person must not use dredges, drags or grapplings in a manner that disturbs the bed of the waters of a port.

        Penalty: $5 000.
