PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 73

73 .         Placing unauthorised notices etc. prohibited

                Unless authorised by the port authority, a person must not write, paint or place a placard, notice or other document on port facilities or other property of a port authority.

        Penalty: $2 000.
