PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 6

6 .         Vessel in port not to exceed maximum safe speed

                The master of a vessel in a port must not cause or permit the vessel to move at a speed that exceeds the maximum speed at which the vessel can be safely moved in the port.

        Penalty: $12 000.
