PORT AUTHORITIES REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 41

41 .         Liability to pay charges for pilotage services

                The owner and the master of a vessel are jointly and severally liable to pay a charge for pilotage services set out in Schedule 2 that is payable in respect of the vessel.
