Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the harbour
master considers that because of the structure of a vessel, or for any other
reason, the vessel might not be safely moved by one pilot, the harbour master
may direct the master of the vessel to use a second pilot to assist in the
control of the vessel.
(2) A person who does
not comply with a direction under subregulation (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: $5 000.
