Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The master of a
vessel that is towing, or otherwise assisting the manoeuvring of, a vessel
that is under the control of a pilot must comply with a direction given to the
master by the pilot.
(2) A person who does
not comply with a direction under subregulation (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: $5 000.
