Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The master of a
vessel that is moored in a port must ensure that at all times —
(a) the
vessel;
(b) the
vessel’s boats, rigging, lines, ropes, hawsers and other equipment; and
(c) any
gangway used or intended to be used in connection with the vessel,
are kept clear of any
crane, plant or other thing on a wharf in the port.
(2) A person who does
not comply with subregulation (1) commits an offence.
