Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) To enable the
lines of a vessel that is being moved alongside a berth in a port to be
worked, an authorised member of staff of the port authority may direct a
person to leave or keep off the part of the wharf where the vessel is being
moored.
(2) A person who does
not comply with a direction under subregulation (1) commits an offence.
Penalty: $2 000.
(3) This regulation
does not limit regulation 76.
