makes either orally or in writing a false or misleading statement to the
Council, the registrar or any other employee of the Council, in or in
connection with, any application —
(a) to
be registered as a pharmaceutical chemist;
(b) for
a certificate of registration of premises as a pharmacy,
commits an offence.
Penalty: $100.
