Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Any officer of the
Council authorised in that behalf, either generally or in a particular case,
by writing under the hand of the president or deputy president, may, at any
reasonable time, inspect any pharmacy or other premises to which the Act
applies, and any equipment therein and any books, entries, letters, documents,
instruments, or other writings required by the Act or these regulations to be
kept by persons subject to the provisions of the Act.
