Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where the business of
a pharmaceutical chemist ceases to be carried on in a registered pharmacy, the
person in whose name the pharmacy is registered shall, within 7 days
after the last day of business —
(a)
notify the registrar in writing that the premises are no longer used as a
pharmacy; and
(b)
return the certificate of registration issued to the pharmacy.
