Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where a certificate of
registration is cancelled by the Council under regulation 59 the
registrar shall give notice in writing of the cancellation to the holder of
the certificate and the holder shall, within 7 days of receipt of that
notice, return the certificate to the Council by hand or registered post.
