Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Where in any case
application is made for registration of a pharmacy and circumstances exist
which render it impracticable to comply immediately with the requirements of
regulation 56, or in the opinion of the Council it is not in public
interest to require such compliance, the Council may register the pharmacy
subject to such conditions as it may determine.
