Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations The Council shall
consider an application made under regulation 54 and may by
resolution —
(a)
grant the applicant a certificate of registration of the pharmacy in the form
of Form 12 in Appendix A;
(b)
refuse the application; or
(c)
withhold registration of the pharmacy until the applicant complies with, or
brings the premises into conformity with, the requirements of
regulation 56(1).
