pharmaceutical chemist desirous of applying to the Council under
section 26 of the Act for a licence or renewal of a licence to practise
as a pharmaceutical chemist shall sign and deliver to the registrar an
application in the form of Form 7 in Appendix A and the Council shall
consider such application at its next meeting.
