Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Every
pharmaceutical chemist who changes his place of residence or employment, or
the place at which he carries on his practice, shall thereupon notify the
registrar of such change of address.
(2) The notice
required by subregulation (1) shall be given in writing, either by hand
or by prepaid mail, and shall include particulars of the old and new
addresses.
