PHARMACY ACT REGULATIONS 1976 - REG 4

4 .         Terms used in these regulations

                In these regulations unless the contrary intention appears — 

        Appendix means an Appendix to these regulations;

        deputy president means the deputy president of the Council;

        dispensary means that part of a pharmacy that is reserved for the dispensing of medicines;

        president means the president of the Council;

        regulation means one of these regulations; and

        the Act means the Pharmacy Act 1964 (as amended).
