Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The registrar
shall be in attendance at his office at such hours as may from time to time be
appointed by the Council and be present at all meetings of the Council and
committees, and make a report of all matters that come under his cognisance
for the information of the Council and committees.
(2) The registrar
shall consult the president, or in his absence, the deputy president on any
business requiring attention between the various meetings, and obey the order
and direction of the president or deputy president as the case may be during
such time, and he shall be responsible for the safe custody of all documents
and property belonging to the Council which shall be under his control.
