Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations At every meeting of
the Council the business and proceedings and the conduct and management shall
be dealt with, carried on, and regulated as provided from time to time by
standing orders not inconsistent with the Act or these regulations or, in the
absence or silence of such standing orders, as the Council may from time to
time determine.
