Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations No resolution arrived
at, or act, matter or thing done, or authorised by any meeting shall be
rescinded or amended at any subsequent meeting, unless notice of such intended
rescission or amendment has been given to each of the members of the Council
not less than 48 hours prior to the meeting at which such rescission or
amendment is proposed.
