Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The master of any
vessel exceeding 150 tons gross registered tonnage shall, unless the
chief executive officer or the Harbour Master otherwise directs, cause a
watchman to be kept on duty on the deck of the vessel between sunset and
sunrise whenever the vessel is within a port.
(2) The master of a
vessel exceeding 150 tons gross registered tonnage shall, unless the
chief executive officer or the Harbour Master otherwise directs, cause one
person to be on board the vessel between sunrise and sunset whenever the
vessel is within a port.
(3) The master of any
vessel of 150 tons gross registered tonnage or less shall, if the Harbour
Master directs, cause one person to be on board the vessel at any time that
the vessel is within a port.
