PORTS AND HARBOURS REGULATIONS 1966 - REG 2

2 .         Regulations do not apply in Fremantle or Dampier

                Subject to regulation 3, these regulations apply in relation to every port within the State except the Port of Fremantle and the Port of Dampier.
