Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) The chief
executive officer shall issue a certificate in accordance with Form 1 in the
Sixth Schedule to a person who becomes entitled to a certificate.
(2) The chief
executive officer shall cause a certificate to be suitably amended where there
is any change in the entitlements of the exempt master under the certificate.
