PORTS AND HARBOURS REGULATIONS 1966 - REG 16F

16F .         Limited to Australian crewed vessels

                A certificate may be used only in respect of a vessel that is crewed in accordance with the requirements of an award or agreement registered under — 

            (a)         the Industrial Relations Act 1979 ; or

            (b)         the Industrial Relations Act 1988   5 of the Commonwealth.
