PORTS AND HARBOURS REGULATIONS 1966 - REG 13

13 .         Masters of assisting vessels to obey pilot

                The master of any vessel that is employed to tow, move or in any way assist the manoeuvring of a vessel in the charge of a pilot shall obey all orders and directions of the pilot.
