PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 9

9 .         Defences to charges of offences against this Part

                It is a defence to a charge of an offence against this Part to prove the accused was acting —

            (a)         under an authority conferred under a written law; or

            (b)         with the written permission of the Commission.
