Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) A local government
may impose a fee for a service listed in Schedule 2 provided by the local
government.
(2) The fee imposed by
a local government for a service listed in Schedule 2 must be decided by the
local government but must not exceed the fee specified in that Schedule for
the service unless the local government is exempted under regulation 53.
(3) Any fee imposed
for a service listed in Schedule 2 must be paid by the applicant when applying
for or requesting the service.
