46 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        applicant includes a person making a request;

        fee includes charge;

        Panel means a Fees Arbitration Panel appointed under regulation 54;

        structure plan means a plan, however described in a local planning scheme, for the coordination of subdivision and development.
