PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 38

38 .         Notice of intention to sell (Act s. 181(11))

                For the purposes of section 181(11), a written notice given by an owner of land to the responsible authority must state —

            (a)         whether the owner intends to subdivide the land; and

            (b)         whether the owner intends to sell the land.
