Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) If the Commission,
under section 145, endorses its approval on a diagram or plan of survey it
must —
(a) give
the diagram or plan to the Registrar of Titles; and
(b) give
a copy of the diagram or plan to the local government of the district where
the land is situated.
(2) If under section
145 the Commission refuses to endorse its approval on a diagram or plan of
survey, it must give the person who made the request under section 145 written
notice of and reasons for its decision.
