nominates for the election, the returning officer is to recommence the
election process by —
(a)
determining the dates and times for opening and closing the period for lodging
nominations of candidates for the election and the place at which nominations
of candidates for the election must be lodged in accordance with
regulation 5; and
(b)
causing a notice of election to be published in accordance with
regulation 6.
