Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Western Australian Consolidated Regulations A person who, at a
workplace, is an employer, the main contractor, a self-employed person or a
person having control of the workplace must, where practicable, ensure that
the workplace is arranged so that —
(a)
persons are able to move safely within the workplace; and
(b)
passages for the purpose of enabling persons to move within the workplace are
at all times kept free of obstructions.
Penalty: the regulation 1.16 penalty.
