Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Without limiting
regulations 3.1 and 3.32, a person who, at a workplace, is an employer,
the main contractor or a self-employed person must —
(a)
identify each hazard arising from an oxygen deficient atmosphere or a toxic
atmosphere to which a person at the workplace is likely to be exposed;
(b)
assess the risk of injury or harm to a person resulting from each hazard, if
any, identified under paragraph (a); and
(c)
consider whether the risk may be reduced by any of the means referred to in
regulation 3.39.
Penalty: the regulation 1.16 penalty.
