construction site who lowers any gear from any building or structure where
persons in the vicinity are at risk of injury from the gear being lowered must
do so carefully, without throwing or dropping the gear.
Penalty for a person who commits the offence as an
employee: the regulation 1.15 penalty.
Penalty in any other case:
(a) for
a first offence, $25 000; and
(b) for
a subsequent offence, $31 250.
