OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS 1996 - REG 2.8A

2.8A .         Persons who are trainees for the purposes of the Act

        (1)         This regulation relates to the definition of trainee in section 3(1) of the Act.

        (2)         The class of persons who are trainees for the purposes of the Act are persons who are taking part in a traineeship scheme within the meaning of that term in the Industrial Training Act 1975 3 .
