Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Unless the contrary
intention appears, where a person having control of a workplace has a duty
under a provision of these regulations to do or not do something in relation
to the workplace, the person’s duty —
(a)
relates only to a matter over which, and the extent to which, the person has
control or can reasonably be expected to have control having regard to the
person’s interest in the workplace; and
(b) is
limited to persons who are at the workplace.
