Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Unless the contrary
intention appears, where a self-employed person has a duty under a provision
of these regulations to do or not do something in relation to a workplace, the
self-employed person’s duty —
(a)
relates only to a matter over which, and the extent to which, the
self-employed person has control or can reasonably be expected to have control
having regard to the workplace and the work done or caused to be done by the
self-employed person; and
(b) is
limited to himself or herself and to any other person who may be affected
wholly or in part as a result of the work done or caused to be done by the
self-employed person.
