Western Australian Consolidated Regulations Unless the contrary
intention appears, where an employer has a duty under a provision of these
regulations to do or not do something in relation to a workplace, the
employer’s duty —
(a)
relates only to a matter over which, and the extent to which, the employer has
control or can reasonably be expected to have control having regard to the
workplace and the work done or caused to be done by the employer or his or her
employee; and
(b) is
limited to himself or herself and to any other person who is —
(i)
his or her employee; or
(ii)
any other person who may be affected wholly or in part as
a result of the work done or caused to be done by the employer or his or her
employee.
